THE ORGANIZATION

Founded in 1992, EMAS has been on a fast path of growth and development over the past 20 years. Known for success in the Asia Pacific maritime industry with a modern and versatile fleet of vessels, the company quickly expanded listing EMAS on the Singapore stock exchange in 2003 and adding world-class fabrication facilities in Vietnam. Over the next few years, EMAS began its construction and production division listing it as EOC Limited on the Oslo stock exchange in 2007. In 2008 EMAS launched its energy division offering onshore and offshore drilling and well services. In 2011, EMAS embarked on the highly strategic acquisition of Aker Marine Contractors (AMC) forming the subsea construction and installation division EMAS AMC, further enhancing global reach and deepwater capability. At EMAS we are willing to define our own playing field and take great pride in our ability to expand, providing our clients with even greater service and support.

With a combined fleet of over 65 marine support and offshore construction vessels and over 5,000 employees strategically located in offices and facilities across five continents, EMAS is a leading full field contracting group providing specialised marine support services, subsea construction and offshore installation, floating production, fabrication and well services to the global offshore energy sector. We have an impressive safety record and a track record of executing the most complex projects within precise schedules and budgets to deliver optimum results to meet our clients' requirements.
